Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Nightmidsong. We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays that affect our fulfillment partners or shipping carriers.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier or logistics provider responsible for delivering it to you.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Shipping Method and Cost
We currently offer the following shipping option for eligible United States orders:
Standard Tracked Shipping: $8.00 per order
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping availability may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, and certain remote locations.
If we are unable to ship to the address provided, we will contact you and issue a full refund before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is:
8–15 business days after dispatch
This estimate does not include the 2–4 business day order-processing period.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occasionally occur because of customs processing, carrier operations, severe weather, public holidays, regional delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
During cross-border transit, tracking information may occasionally pause for several days while a package is moving between international shipping facilities, awaiting customs clearance, or waiting for its next carrier scan.
A temporary pause does not necessarily mean that the package has been lost.
5. Orders Shipped in Multiple Packages
Orders containing more than one item may occasionally be divided into separate packages and may arrive on different days.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
No additional shipping fee will be charged solely because an order has been divided into multiple packages.
6. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Clearance Charges
Nightmidsong covers the applicable customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, and standard import-related brokerage fees associated with the original shipment.
Customers will not be responsible for valid import-related charges when the package is delivered.
This section applies only to import-related charges. Any sales tax required by applicable law may be calculated separately and displayed at checkout.
If a shipping carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests an additional import-related payment, please contact us before making the payment whenever possible.

If you have already made the payment to prevent the package from being returned, please retain the receipt and contact us.
After verification, Nightmidsong will arrange reimbursement for valid import-related charges that should have been covered by us.
Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, an unclaimed package, customer-requested rerouting, or prolonged storage are not considered standard import-related charges and may not be covered.
7. Address Accuracy and Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to update the address before dispatch, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address submitted at checkout may not qualify for a free replacement or full refund.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or a refused delivery, the order will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Where permitted by applicable law, the original shipping charge and any return or redelivery fees imposed by the carrier may be deducted from an approved refund.
8. Delayed Shipments or Inactive Tracking
If the estimated delivery window has passed, or if your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at:

We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the shipping carrier or logistics provider for further investigation.
Temporary tracking pauses during international transit do not automatically mean that a package has been lost.
9. Lost Packages
If a package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier or logistics provider.
If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, product availability, and applicable law.
10. Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Review the tracking information and confirm that the delivery address is correct.

Check your mailbox, front entrance, side entrance, parcel locker, and any secure delivery location around the property.

Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception personnel whether they accepted the package.

Contact the local delivery carrier using the tracking number provided.

We will assist in reviewing the delivery information and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the carrier.
Any replacement or refund will be assessed based on the available delivery evidence, the carrier’s investigation, our Refund Policy, and applicable law.
11. Unclaimed and Refused Packages
Customers are responsible for receiving or collecting their packages after a delivery attempt or carrier notification.
Packages returned because they were unclaimed or refused without prior authorization may be subject to deductions for the original shipping charge and any return or redelivery fees charged by the carrier.
Any approved refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy after the returned package has been received and reviewed.
12. Circumstances Outside Our Control
Shipping and delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

We will provide reasonable assistance when such events occur, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
